Kimika Garrett is the CEO of Organizational Kimistry. She is an experienced leader in human resources management, process and performance improvement, organization development and effectiveness, training and learning development, strategic planning and talent management, change management/organizational development, and performance management. Kimika is a versatile, forward-thinking organizational improvement champion with HR transformation experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, retail, automotive, non-profit/government, and chemical/R&D industries. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve operational excellence through strategic planning, process improvement, and human capital management.

An accomplished HR practitioner, Laurie has industry experience in non-profit, health care, consumer packaged goods, and banking. As a senior leader of SHRM’s HR team, she focuses on strategic initiatives to drive innovation to positively impact the employee experience and allow staff to maximize their potential through a culture of learning. She received her Masters’ degree in HRM from Capella University, is a Certified Strengths Coach and holds both SHRM-SCP and CAE designations.

Yutaka Takagi serves as Principal Product Evangelist at isolved, where he focuses on the impact of technology on creating positive employee experiences. Across his over 25 years in the HR Technology industry, Yutaka has navigated through various roles on both sides of the vendor relationship. In 2019, Peter discovered the benefits of sound therapy after being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, with an expected five-year lifespan. He has been living in remission since November 2020, thanks in part to the healing impact of sound therapy.
