Dr. Natalie Baumgartner is an engagement and culture thought leader and evangelist. She has spent her career translating engagement and culture research into SaaS based software, helping organizations to achieve high performance.

Dr. Baumgartner holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Strength-Based Psychology. She serves on several boards, including that of the Consulting Psychology division of the APA, and has long advised senior leaders on issues related to culture and engagement. Dr. Baumgartner is a popular speaker and regularly engages audiences on topics related to the employee experience – including a TEDx talk on the importance of culture fit.

Dr. Dale J. Albrecht is an expert in business transformation, culture, and human resources.  He is the Executive Vice President of People and Performance for Alonos and a member of the Forbes HR Council.  He’s an Adjunct Professor for the University of Texas and Texas Woman’s University, and he is also the author of the book, “Organizational Design that Sticks!” Dr. Albrecht has fulfilled C-Suite leadership roles as Chief Human Resources and Risk Officer.  He also has experience in general management, operations, and engineering, which enables him to bring a holistic focus to enabling business success. 

Professor Jonathan Smilansky is an international expert on management development and employee engagement and a consultant to leading organizations in Israel including IAI, Bank Leumi, Maccabi, Amdocs, etc.

He is the Academic Director of the Career Management Center at the Tel Aviv University Business School and a leading lecturer in the field of Human Resource Management.

Cynthia Schuler, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPRW, is a human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience.  She has published numerous articles and presented for multiple organizations.  Ms. Schuler has experienced the transformation of human resources, and she has a passion for sharing her experiences with other human resources professionals. 

Ms. Schuler received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and she received her Master’s Degree from Strayer University in Washington, DC.  She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Professional Association of Resume Writers.

Amy is SVP & CHRO at Symantec. In addition to serving on the executive team and managing Symantec’s global human resources function, she leads Symantec’s Workplace/Workforce Strategy and Planning, Real Estate and Facilities organizations. Amy has over three decades of experience leading companies across high tech, entertainment and consumer products industries through complex transformations. She was recently named one of the top 50 most influential women tech leaders by the National Diversity Council. Amy publishes regularly and is a frequent speaker at industry-related conferences. Amy is also an Official Member, Forbes Human Resources Council since September 2018.

Dr. Jill Birch is a leadership advisor, author and senior executive. She is Founder & CEO BirchGrove Inc., where she helps organizations develop individuals and teams to accelerate performance and realize their strategic imperatives. She has been a CEO and member of several C-Suites in retail, broadcasting, publishing and marketing. She also worked at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions and the Schulich School of Business where she launched their in-company leadership practice.

Jill has worked extensively to build talent development strategies in complex organizations ranging from Atomic Energy of Canada to American Express and has spoken to 1000s of leaders around the world. Beth Kelly is the founder and president of HR Collaborative, an organization that helps growing companies solve HR problems and turn employees into secret weapons for success. Beth is also the author of  The EE Gap:  HR for Small Business Success. 

Beth is a 35 year member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and has been an officer of the local chapter.  Beth serves on the Board of Directors for several non profit and for profit organizations.  

Beth has been an adjunct professor at West Michigan colleges and universities, and continues to guest lecture. 

Beth received her Bachelors from the University of Michigan and her Masters of Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
