John Doran has over 25 years of experience counseling and successfully representing employers in all facets of labor and employment law matters. John represents employers in employment, wage/hour class and collective action litigation, as well as employment discrimination, public accommodations discrimination, and wrongful termination litigation. He represents management in traditional labor law, including the defense of unfair labor practices charges, the orchestration of campaigns to prevent workplace unionization, representation proceedings, and arbitrations. John represents employers in restrictive covenant and trade secret matters in state and federal courts. He also regularly counsels clients on prevention strategies, executive employment contracts, downsizing, personnel policies, and merger/acquisition employment issues.

Sheryl Simmons Maestro Health’s Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR and talent management efforts across the company’s multiple locations. Sheryl is a leading resource for fellow human resources leaders on how to invest in people and effectively communicate the value of HR to the C-suite. Amy Lins is the Sr. Director, Learning and Development, at Money Management International (MMI) where she oversees financial education, employee learning, and the design/development of employee financial wellness programs. Amy holds a Bachelor’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University, an MBA, Finance, from Houston Baptist University, and an Organizational Development Certificate from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Amy holds Kirkpatrick Bronze Certification in measurement and evaluation. Amy is active in the professional community and is the ATD-Madison Area Chapter Board of Directors Past President. She has presented at three national conferences, ATD-MAC chapter events, and for InSync Training’s BYTE Series.

Greg Stevens is a Lead Researcher and Analytics Manager with Globoforce’s WorkHuman Research Institute. He combines research and analytical expertise to better understand and contribute thought leadership in employee recognition, culture management, work engagement, and employee well-being. He is actively involved in a range of collaborations with client organizations, leading research institutes, and industry/academic experts. He received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Auburn University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Review, and Journal of Business Ethics, among others.
