Pamela Chan is Project Director of Human Insights at Prosperity Now, a national non-profit that ensures pathways to financial stability and prosperity for everyone in the U.S.  Ms. Chan works with organizations serving economically disadvantaged communities conduct market research and create human-centered services. Prior to Prosperity Now, Ms. Chan studied how financial products, programs and regulations affect lower-income consumers and managed a national workplace savings pilot at New America. She also advised Fortune 500 companies on new product development at the Nielsen Company. She holds degrees from The University of Texas at Austin, Northwestern Law, and the Harvard Kennedy School.

Susan Simon is a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Campus Services at Harvard University.  Working as a HR generalist for over 20 years, she developed expertise in HR disciplines such as employee relations, performance management, recruiting and training.  Currently, she is the Training Coordinator for Campus Services, concentrating on designing and implementing responsive training programs for the diverse community of management and service & trades unionized staff.  Susan spearheaded the effort to bring Working Credit’s financial wellness program to Harvard’s dining services staff.  She sits on the board of the Harvard University Employees Credit Union.  Prior to joining Harvard University, she designed playgrounds for schools, community groups and municipalities. William D.
