Lisa Stornaielo is a seasoned talent management strategist and career coach with over 25 years of experience spanning diverse industries. Throughout her distinguished career, she held influential leadership positions, honing her leadership development, and transition planning skills. As a career coach, she assists individuals at all career stages, but her passion lies in aiding those transitioning into retirement.

Lisa co-founded The Future of You, an innovative, research-based organization revolutionizing how individuals prepare for retirement. Utilizing her extensive HR expertise, Lisa developed an award-winning program that seamlessly aligns organizations’ workforce planning strategies with the unique needs of employees nearing retirement.

Valerie helps companies improve their bottom line by elevating employees from tactical thinkers to strategic leaders.

She served in senior leadership roles at RollsRoyce Aircraft before helping to found InterActiveCorp, parent company to Expedia, Home Shopping Network and TicketMaster. She then went to work for Oprah Winfrey, helping to found the Oxygen channel which was later sold to NBC Universal.

Valerie obtained her mechanical engineering degree from Kettering University and her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Val’s book, Clash of the Generations: Managing the New Workplace Reality, helps leaders manage multiple generations in the office.

Dr. Edward E. Hubbard, President and CEO of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., an International Business Performance Consulting Corp. specializing in Business Improvement, Diversity Return on Investment (DROI®) Measurement/Analytics, and organizational development.  Author of more than 59 DEI ROI and Business-related books, Dr. Hubbard is an expert in Organizational Analysis, ROI Measurement, Strategic Planning, and more. Dr. Hubbard was an honoree at the Inaugural International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Living Legends of Diversity Award Ceremony in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico where he received the “Living Legends of Diversity Award” for creating the “Diversity ROI Analytics” and “Diversity Measurement Fields and their associated Disciplines” and is recognized globally as the creator of these unique sciences and fields of study. 

Dr. Hubbard received the “Excellence in Global Leadership Award” from the World HRD Congress (the highest individual professional award given), the 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, the Sentry Award from the U.S. Pentagon, and many others.

Dr. Hubbard serves on the Harvard Business Review, Diversity Executive Magazine and Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management (SDIM) magazine Editorial Advisory Boards and serves on the Board of Directors for The Ohio State University African American Alumni Society. He also holds a Practitioner Certification and Master Practitioner Certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), a Neuroscience discipline. Dr. Hubbard earned Bachelors, Masters Degrees from The Ohio State University and earned a Ph.D. with Honors in Business Administration.

Sonia Sethi-Kohli, M.S., CCC-SLP is a 20 + year Communication Success Coach, Cultural-Linguistic Diversity Consultant, Educator, Author, and board-certified multilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who has served in a variety of settings/roles with extensive clinical and corporate experience. Ms. Sethi Kohli owns and operates The Global Speech Suite, a boutique firm providing customized coaching and consultation to individuals/organizations focusing on professional presentation skills/public speaking enhancement, leadership communication/executive presence coaching, cross-/inter-cultural communication & diversity consulting, and more, leveraging their proprietary ExecYOUtive™ development methodology. Sonia also owns and operates her clinical speech-language pathology private practice, Global Speech and Swallow, serving children/adults within healthcare and educational contexts; co-founded The Communication Collective, an online communication enrichment & leadership development coaching program for children & teens; co-authored The SLP Entrepreneur: A Speech-Language Pathologist’s Guide to Private Practice and Other Business Ventures (a professional resource book for clinical professionals seeking to engage in business ownership/entrepreneurship); serves on the Executive Board of CORSPAN [The Corporate Speech Pathology Network]; and serves as an Advisor and Mentor for various organizations and small business owners.

He is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a Past President of the Philadelphia chapter.  Mr. Lessig is an active volunteer for The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as the Northeast Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative.
