She is a recipient of the prestigious 2020 Martin Luther King ‘Living the Dream’ Award and the impact of her work has featured in The Wall Street Journal and various other media outlets. Known for her one-of-a-kind, no non-sense approach to empowering leaders, she turned down an invitation to be on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
