Charles is the Manager of Exam Development and Accreditation at SHRM. He is an experienced exam development professional with over eight years in the testing industry developing moderate to high-stakes certification and licensure exams across a number of diverse industries. Inspired to develop valid, reliable, and fair exams, Charles enjoys working with his team of SHRM-certified HR professionals and SHRM’s global network of volunteer participants to create SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam test questions. Charles obtained his Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore in 2014 and currently resides in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Primitivo R. Davis is an international speaker with 28 years experience. He has presented around the world on spirituality,

marriage, family, parenting and suicide prevention.

He is currently a U.S. Army active duty Colonel, serving as a chaplain with over 22 years experience. He has served the nation

in 4 combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has just returned from his most recent operational deployment, “Operation European

Assure, Deter and Reinforce”.

Ben also has been a guest on the CNBC Nightly Business Report and NPR’s Marketplace.

Ben is an accomplished speaker, and has given keynote addresses on diverse topics, from the drivers of US medical cost trend to the rise of the healthcare consumer’s voice to the importance of social determinants of health. Ben also has led global health trends research and has presented on the findings in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Ben founded PwC’s Health Research Institute, where he led a team of industry experts, policy analysts and economists dedicated to developing original and independent thought leadership for the firm and its clients. Ben also developed health policy as a legislative director in the Texas House of Representatives and as a government relations officer for the City of Austin.

Ben received a master's degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin where he was a US Department of Defense fellow. Ben is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as a board member for multiple health-related not-for-profits. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas.

Pooja Chugh, Director of Talent Acquisition at G-P brings with her a rich 15 years of talent management work spanning multiple geographies and having boots in countries like US, India and China. During this time, she had the opportunity to learn multitude of experiences in Consulting, Telecom, Media and Technology Industries across Fortune 500 organizations. She has been instrumental in creating impactful hiring strategy with application of global HR processes thus ensuring integrated cluster approach.

 In her professional recruiting journey, Pooja has lead multiple initiatives including talent planning & strategy, rapidly hiring and scaling for the new capabilities and building up new hubs globally.

 Her work in all organizations has face-lifted the health of Talent Acquisition function thus brining out top rankings of this function in employee cultural surveys.

Amanda Morang-Piccirillo, SHRM-CP is a Global Total Rewards Program Specialist at G-P with over 7 years of experience in Human Resources.

As a self-proclaimed “HR Hype Girl”, Amanda’s passion and purpose are deeply rooted in establishing mutually beneficial relationships between employees and employers. Rue Dooley has been an HR Knowledge Advisor for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 16 years and has over 25 years of HR experience.

In college, as an accounting major, Rue interned with major corporations and worked his way through school from fast food, to dorm RA, to payroll assistant with a state agency. After receiving his B.S., he worked as an accountant, a budget analyst, a meeting planner, payroll specialist, benefits coordinator, and an HR Generalist…mostly all at the same company! 

After managing the HR function for a growing government contractor (from 13 to 100+ employees while he was there), Rue went on to hire school teachers at a major school district. In his current position as an HR Knowledge Advisor for SHRM, Rue has daily direct contact with HR professionals around the world, helping them to create solutions, to improve systems, and to find and use resources that improve the delivery of the HR function. 

Rue has authored and co-authored numerous articles; Designed systems and policies; Created practical tools (including forms, letters, toolkits, and other resources); Conducted webcasts and videos; and has been quoted in various media outlets on a number of HR topics. Rue is SHRM-SCP certified.

Louis R. Lessig, Esquire, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a Partner at the law firm of Brown & Connery, LLP in Westmont, NJ in their labor and employment group.  He regularly counsels clients, conducts training sessions and represents clients in federal and state court as well as before administrative agencies. Also known as The Employment Law Translator®, Mr. Lessig speaks across the country and regularly writes articles that appear in publications nationwide including XpertHR.  In 2018 he won the Delaware Valley HR Consultant of the Year Award. He is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a Past President of the Philadelphia chapter.  Mr. Lessig is an active volunteer for The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as the Northeast Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative.

JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink, a human resources consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN. They serve a wide array of organizations with recruiting, HR consulting, leadership training, and HR outsourcing services.

JoDee serves on the Indiana SHRM State Council and is the chair of the Indiana SHRM conference.
