As a leading industry expert and 20+ year pioneer of virtual training and hybrid learning, Cindy Huggett, CPTD, has vast experience helping organizations create engaging learning solutions. She’s the author of several acclaimed books including Virtual Training Tools and Templates: An Action Guide to Live Online Learning, and The Facilitator’s Guide to Immersive, Blended and Hybrid Learning. She partners with organizations on learning strategy and teaches trainers how to effectively facilitate online. She’s also a past member of ATD’s global Board of Directors. Based in Raleigh, NC, Cindy serves clients globally.

Matthew Missar, LSW, IGDC, is a licensed social worker with The Better Institute and a recent graduate from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Social Work. Matthew holds a Masters of Social Work degree with a focus in Direct Practice and certificate in Mental Health. Matthew has also recently obtained his International Gaming Disorder Certificate (IGDC). In his clinical practice Matthew works with individuals with various concerns, including but not limited to problematic gambling and gaming. Much of Matthew’s recent clinical work and research has focused on the convergence of gambling and gaming.

Jonathan Fraser Light, managing attorney at LightGabler, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of employment law. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been named as one of Southern California's "Super Lawyers" for 15 years. Mr. Light and his team members consult with over 1,500 companies throughout California in the private and public sector on their day-to-day employment law needs. Joshua Shelton has worked for FedEx for almost 10 years and with the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, Georgia as a detective 13 years prior to that. He currently chairs the Georgia DFCS Region IV Board and seeks to spread the word of violence prevention. Josh is a Certified Threat Manager (CTM) and serves on the Southeastern Region board of The Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, an organization of law enforcement, prosecutors, mental health professionals, and corporate security practitioners in the field of assessing and managing threats of violence.
