Ashley Miller is the Director of Operations for CEO Action for Inclusion & Diversity. Ashley most recently served as SHRM’s Director of Content Strategy, responsible for leading the function through an audience-centric, integrated-marketing-minded transformation. Before this, Ashley worked in SHRM research, translating research to insights, building employee- and business-focused resources and programs, and launching SHRM’s first workplace innovation lab. She then led the team responsible for strategic development and execution of business partnerships. Before joining SHRM, Ashley was a human capital and workforce consultant for public, private, and government sector organizations to, build competency models, conducting job analyses, designing and validating selection systems and assessments, and executing change management initiatives. She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology.

Brian J. Fitzpatrick, SHRM-SCP, founded Seriema Consulting, an advisory firm helping institutions achieve organizational transformation through change management, people analyics, and strategic planning. He consults with C-suite executives in aligning talent management objectives and processes to business outcomes. Specific to the work of inclusion, Brian designed and launched a DE&I function encompassing ERGs, mentorship, and community outreach. He has also worked internationally in business development and internal consulting roles.

Brian earned his BA from New York University and his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He resides in St Petersburg, Florida, where he serves as VP of Membership for SHRM’s affiliate chapter in Pinellas Count, SuncoastHR.

Sascha Mayer is cofounder and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of Mamava, the creator of freestanding lactation spaces for breastfeeding on the go. Sascha is a recognized expert on lactation space design, family-friendly workplace policies, and social entrepreneurial leadership. A seasoned brand strategist, she’s worked with HP, Levi’s, Lululemon, Nike Women, and Seventh Generation. Sascha is also the host of The Bodacious Optimist, a podcast focussed on design, brand, advocacy, and the people who have inspired her entrepreneurial journey. When she’s not designing new ways to support breastfeeding parents, she’s gardening and tending her chickens.

David is Senior Vice President of the Workplace division in North America at Texthelp and is dedicated to Texthelp’s mission to help create a more inclusive working world for everyone. Diagnosed with dyslexia at a young age, David has effectively leveraged his academic life and career to bring awareness to the unique contributions individuals with diverse learning differences can make. Prior to Texthelp, David held leadership roles at renowned organizations such as IBM, Duke Corporate Education, Pearson, Dell, HP, Medidata, Twitter, and most recently Conde Nast.

Bernadette Jones is a trailblazing HR leader with over 20 years of experience crafting "Culture-First" solutions across diverse organizations. As Human Resource Committee Chair at Richmond Art Center and Professional Development Chair for SHRM Northern California, she champions intentional inclusion and culture-first practices. Bernadette's innovative "Respect in the Workplace Starts With Me®" workshop series addresses crucial compliance and cultural issues. With SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, she brings deep HR expertise to her roles. Bernadette's leadership in Visionova's participation in SHRM's National HR Registered Apprenticeship Program demonstrates her commitment to nurturing HR talent and enhancing workplace environments. Her work connects over 27,000 HR professionals across 16 SHRM chapters in Northern California.

H-Soul is a speaker, author, and strategist for leaders seeking to create social and culture change. Kylie van Luyn is the Founder of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global. She is an international speaker, author and award-winning human rights consultant. Kylie has over 15 years of experience as a workforce development and workplace psychological safety and well-being specialist. Kylie works globally to help organizations create environments where all employees can thrive. She is passionate about assisting organisations to create inclusive environments that prioritize their workforce's mental and emotional well-being. Kylie is a Harvard Business School graduate, an accredited psychotherapist, an emotional intelligence coach, and an NLP Master Practitioner.

Chris Motley is the Founder & CEO of Mentor Spaces, a mentorship technology platform designed to facilitate skills-based mentorship opportunities. This platform assists companies in engaging employees and helps underrepresented students secure internships and jobs. Mentor Spaces boasts a clientele that includes companies such as T-Mobile, American Family Insurance, and UBS, along with national nonprofits such as INROADS and the National Society of Black Engineers.

Before establishing Mentor Spaces, Chris was an Executive Vice President at 1888 Mills, a global textile manufacturer. In this role, he led the company's expansion into Ghana, Africa, and was instrumental in building its Apparel Division. Chris began his professional journey at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as a trader dealing with Commodities and Interest Rate Products.

Chris holds a B.A. in History from Columbia University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ben Greene is a transgender advocate and educator who has spoken internationally on topics surrounding transgender inclusion. After coming out at 15 in a small town, Ben has devoted his career to spreading empathy, education, and storytelling around the trans experience, and has spoken for companies, hospitals, schools, religious organizations, and government entities sharing what it means to be transgender and how to show up as an ally. He is a fierce advocate for transgender youth, regularly speaking in their defense at the Missouri State Capitol, and is the author of the book "My Child is Trans, Now What? A Joy Centered Approach to Support". He is passionate about educating others from a place of compassion—no matter where they’re starting from.
