Madison Marsh, 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force, made history as the first active-duty officer to hold a Miss America state title, crowned Miss Colorado 2023 after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy with a physics degree. She founded the Whitney Marsh Foundation where she serves as CEO, in honor of her mother, to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research. Madison holds achievements in aviation and martial arts, embodying the values of service and excellence in her diverse pursuits.

Prior to joining SHRM, Delight lead development for the HR function at the Boeing Company and prior to that, held strategic business partner roles supporting senior leaders across various functions and business in Boeing. Delight holds a Master in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree also from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Virginia Union University.
