I began practicing yoga and meditation shortly after a trip to Peru in 2018. Finding the benefits to be life-changing, I journeyed to Asia in the winter of 2020 to pursue further education. I attended a course on Buddhism at the Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal. Following that I traveled to Rishikesh, India, “the yoga capital of the world.” It was here that I completed a yoga teacher training course at a school on the banks of the sacred Ganges River. Upon returning to the United States I committed myself to sharing these ancient practices with all who seek health and happiness.
