This session will help you:

  • Understand the relevance of appropriate workplace levity and its relationship to employee recruiting, onboarding, retention, satisfaction and engagement.
  • Learn what other organizations are doing to incorporate levity into their culture and its effects.
  • Learn practical methods to lighten up at work, especially as an HR practitioner (interviews, training, recruiting, etc).
  • Set one specific, executable “Levity” goal to take back to work and accomplish.
