Learn what constitutes compelling workplace levity—Latitude, Attitude and Gratitude— how to discover your own sense of humor, and how great places use levity to attract talent. This session will help you:
- Understand the relevance of appropriate workplace levity and its relationship to employee recruiting, onboarding, retention, satisfaction and engagement.
- Learn what other organizations are doing to incorporate levity into their culture and its effects.
- Learn practical methods to lighten up at work, especially as an HR practitioner (interviews, training, recruiting, etc).
- Set one specific, executable “Levity” goal to take back to work and accomplish.
