Lynne Eisaguirre (pronounced eyes-a-gear) is the author of  We Need to Talk : Tough Conversations with Your Boss, Tough Conversations with Your Employees, Stop Pissing Me Off!  What To Do When The People You Work With Drive You Crazy and four other books.  Lynne’s books have been translated into many languages, including Arabic, which she is still trying to understand. 

She has presented to hundreds of organizations from SHRM’s annual conference to Harley-Davidson to Southwest Airlines and Playboy Entertainment.  Lynne provides consulting, speaking and training in the areas of leadership, management skills, conflict management, diversity and harassment.
