Home > Re-Inventing What Incentives Mean to a Global Organization

SHRM 2017 Annual Conference & Exposition
This session will examine what incentives mean on a global level and how transforming incentive programs can have a measurable impact on your employees as well as your organization’s bottom line.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

When it comes to incentivizing your global workforce, a one-size program does not fit all. It's time to re-invent these programs by aligning with a recognition strategy that delivers real, measurable impact on business.  This session will help you:

  • Understand the value of tying your global incentive programs to employee recognition.
  • Engage and recognize your global workforce to drive culture and customer service, and impact business results.
  • Learn how to properly allocate and maximize budget while driving engagement and improve productivity.
  • Understand how to consolidate disparate incentive programs into one comprehensive global plan.
