1. Produce a coaching strategy using the prescribed formula for excellence to improve performance to achieve desired results.         
2. Appreciate the impact that Empowerment, Engagement and Execution have on the HR department achieving desired results.
3. Ability to develop and communicate an HR project plan that allows for immediate and continued feedback as to achieving desired results.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Safety, Health and Environment for Webber, LLC, Mitch is charged with leading talent development, and as a member of the leadership team, accelerating the company forward. With over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Beckman is often sought out as a speaker in the areas of leadership, communication, HR management, organizational performance and safety management.  Prior to his time at Webber, Beckman held positions focused on HR at AUI Contractors LP (Dallas), The Growth Into Greatness Institute (Irving) and ABB Service Inc. (Grapevine). He is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Association for Talent Development, Associated General Contractors of America and of Texas, where he contributes on committees in the areas of HR management and development, and Past President of HR Houston (2014-2016). Mitch received his B.S. from the University of West Florida and holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute.
