Participants will learn the excellence formula (A+B+C)*D=E, which is the key to unlock and realize the objectives of this mission-- A Strategy to Empower your People; Engage with Purpose; and Execute with Precision to achieve excellence in your chapter And your department/company.

 

Learning Objectives:

1. Produce a coaching strategy using the prescribed formula for excellence to improve performance to achieve desired results.         

2. Appreciate the impact that Empowerment, Engagement and Execution have on the HR department achieving desired results.

3. Ability to develop and communicate an HR project plan that allows for immediate and continued feedback as to achieving desired results.
