2020 Volunteer Leaders' Business Meeting

The SHRM Foundation's Veterans at Work and Getting Talent Back to Work are critical programs that provide education and resources for HR professionals as they create more inclusive workplaces.

The Veterans at Work initiative elevates veterans as valuable members of our workforce and seeks to provide educational resources and resources that will help HR Professionals attract, hire, and retain members of the military community.

The Getting Talent Back to Work initiative, through educational resources and actionable tools, helps empower HR professionals to confidently hire and retain individuals with criminal records.

  •  Introduce the upcoming initiatives within the Veterans at Work Program, including the refreshed Veterans at Work 2.0 program.
