Home > From the Ground Up: Building a Diversity Program That Supports Your Culture

2014 Diversity & Inclusion Conference
Workplace Application: Based on lessons learned at Amica Insurance; receive concrete, practical steps for diversity implementation and programming at your organization.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

After its first diversity program lost momentum, Amica rebuilt its diversity initiative through practical and meaningful programming that harnessed its company culture. The result was a stronger and more personal program that addressed real-time organizational issues, and tangible internal and external business imperatives. Amica will share how they built internal momentum and created programs to address employees' individual needs, while engaging them in the process.
