As a measurement strategist, Whitney’s passion and expertise lies in the field of surveys and assessments. A self-professed “data nerd,” Whitney has a Master’s degree in the area of Human Resources Measurement and Evaluation and has conducted extensive research on the predictive validity of various hiring assessment strategies.

Whitney has been a highly rated speaker at several National HR Conferences and has authored articles on assessments for several books and publications, including Harvard Business Review. She is a member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has two decades of experience working in the assessment industry.

Ryan is the Founder and CEO of ApplicantPro, a hiring software company founded in 2006. Ryan and his team have grown the small startup into a leading provider of hiring software for over 7,000 companies around the nation. David Jones is the managing partner of the firm's Memphis office. He practices exclusively in the area of immigration and related employment and compliance matters.

David has extensive experience assisting companies with hires or transfers from outside of the U.S.   He represents clients in complex matters relating to both immigration benefits and enforcement and in proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, the Department of Justice and the Department of State, as well as in citizenship status discrimination matters and export control compliance under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR). 

Louis R. Lessig, Esquire, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a Partner at the law firm of Brown & Connery, LLP in Westmont, NJ in their labor and employment group.  He regularly counsels clients, conducts training sessions and represents clients in federal and state court as well as before administrative agencies. Also known as The Employment Law Translator®, Mr. Lessig speaks across the country and regularly writes articles that appear in publications nationwide including XpertHR.  In 2018 he won the Delaware Valley HR Consultant of the Year Award. He is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a Past President of the Philadelphia chapter.  Mr. Lessig is an active volunteer for The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as the Northeast Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative.

Mr. James Scheppard currently serves as the State Director in Nevada for the U.S. Department of Labor, Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) and is responsible for all VETS programs in the state. He previously served as the Assistant Director and Lead Investigator, where he investigated claims filed with the agency under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Veterans’ Employment Opportunities Act (VEOA), by veterans and service members in the San Francisco Region.

Before joining VETS in 2015, Mr. Scheppard worked for the U.S. Department of the Air Force as a civil servant, and served a Transition Assistance Program team member at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. His duties involved preparing transitioning service members to reenter the civilian workforce upon completion of service.

Mr. Scheppard previously served on active-duty for over 30 years, and retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2012. During his time in the military, he served in a variety of fields, Security Policeman, Equal Opportunity Specialist/Investigator and Human Relations Educator, First Sergeant, and Senior Enlisted Advisor.

Mr. Scheppard graduated from Excelsior College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts in 2002.
