Lisa I. Perez is the Founder & President of HR consulting company, HBL Resources, Inc., HR Support & Training Membership platform The Complete Manager Makeover and National Management Training Week.  She is on the mission of Transforming the Human in Human Resources®.

As a member of SHRM and holds two nationally recognized HR Certifications and her firm is designated as an approved provider of recertification credit programs from both the SHRM and HRCI.

Recognized throughout her 30-year HR career including two 2020 American Business Awards® Silver Stevie Awards for Entrepreneur of the Year and Human Resources Professional of the Year, she attributes the success to her passion for people and desire to give back to her community.  She volunteers for S.C.O.R.E. Broward, her local Chamber, Broward County's KAPOW Program and her family Church.

Janine Kurnoff is the Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer at The Presentation Company (TPC), a business communications training firm that teaches innovative visual storytelling techniques to some of the world’s top brands, like Facebook, Nestle, Medtronic, Marriott, and McDonald’s.

Janine and her sister, Lee, founded TPC in 2001, and they’ve recently bottled up their award-winning training into a new book, Everyday Business Storytelling, which was an Amazon #1 New Release and has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, and Business Insider.

Janine believes that storytelling is the single greatest way to amplify the meaning of your facts and figures. She’ll introduce a simple framework that will help you humanize your content, create a two-way dialogue, and ultimately meet your audience’s needs in the moment.

Brenda S. Kasper is a founding member of Kasper & Frank LLP, a law firm representing California and multi-state employers for all of their human resources and employment law needs.  She regularly advises employers of all sizes on wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, reductions in force, terminations and discipline management, employment contracts, personnel policies, and hiring issues.  She also provides management and human resources training.  Brenda is a former HR director so her legal advice is practical, creative and tailored to each client’s needs.  She was the 2015 San Diego SHRM Board President, is an instructor for the HR Certification program at the University of California San Diego Extension and holds her SHRM-SCP and SPHR-California certifications.

John A. Rubino, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, GRP, WLCP, is founder and president of Rubino Consulting Services, a global human resources consulting company based in Pound Ridge, New York. His areas of expertise cover all areas of Human Resources program design. An internationally acclaimed speaker for SHRM and WorldatWork, John is the author of numerous human resources articles, and is frequently quoted in professional publications. He holds BA and MBA degrees, as well as a lifetime Achievement Award from WorldatWork. Steve Watson has a diverse background and a lot of titles after his name - CEO, CFO, CHRO, and CPA. All the different titles he wears could be confusing, but Steve has found a unique way to put them all together and complement each other.

This is especially true in his role as CEO of Trendbreakers, a consulting business where his extensive knowledge and skills meet to help other companies break the trend of rising healthcare costs. William D. Wight is a partner in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. offices and is the chair of the firm's International Employment Practice Group.  He counsels employers on various global employment, compensation and benefit issues related to employees abroad, as well as foreign nationals working in the U.S. and the employment of the U.S. permanent residents and citizens abroad.  Bill has worked with compliance issues related to hiring, retention and separation of employees in a multitude of jurisdictions.  His experience with global employment issues has helped him assist our clients with international operations on all sevel continents including Antarctica.  Bill has assisted clients with the implementation of strategic planning and policy development with respect to global HR practices and policies.  He has also assisted clients with the management of litigation and employment controversy matters in numerous international jurisdictions.  Bill has also counseled clients based outside the United States with the special considerations that are required when complying with U.S. employment and employee benefit rules and regulations. A partner at Seyfarth, Camille co-chairs the National Complex Litigation practice group and leads the Complex Discrimination Litigation practice group. She is also a member of the firm’s National Labor and Employment Law Steering Committee. With nearly 30 years of experience, Camille has represented clients in employment discrimination, harassment, wage-and-hour disputes, and independent contractor matters across the country. 

Camille’s distinguished trial record includes serving as lead defense trial counsel in high-stakes cases involving harassment, discrimination, and systemic policy violations. Veta T. Richardson has been president & CEO of ACC since 2011. During her tenure, she has been responsible for working with the ACC Board and Staff on strategies that have substantially grown ACC’s membership, expanded its global footprint, and launched key advocacy efforts like, Seat at the Table which focuses on the position and credibility of the general counsel in the C-Suite, as well as ACC’s investments in research and benchmarking, credentialing and legal operations. Prior to being named ACC CEO, Veta was a nationally recognized thought leader regarding diversity and inclusion in the legal sector, serving as an advisor to three U.S. Presidential Administrations (Clinton, Bush, Obama) and garnering multiple awards for best-in-class programs while she was executive director of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. Before becoming a chief executive in the nonprofit sector, Veta was in-house counsel to a Fortune-50 energy company where she went to work right out of law school for one of ACC’s founding general counsel at the Sunoco law department in Philadelphia, where she grew up.
