Kathi leads talent and workforce research for Bersin, Deloitte Consulting LLP, focusing on talent strategies and talent management, diversity and inclusion, people analytics, performance management, workforce transformation and the future of work. Kathi has lived and worked in Austria, the UK, Spain and the US, affording her broad cultural competence. Her experience in Big 4 management consultancies advising senior clients and leading talent functions in large organizations helps her understand how organizations can optimize work and the workforce. Kathi is passionate about making work better.

Kathi holds a doctoral and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Vienna, Austria.

Lisa I. Perez is the Founder & President of HR consulting company, HBL Resources, Inc., HR Support & Training Membership platform The Complete Manager Makeover and National Management Training Week.  She is on the mission of Transforming the Human in Human Resources®.

As a member of SHRM and holds two nationally recognized HR Certifications and her firm is designated as an approved provider of recertification credit programs from both the SHRM and HRCI.

Recognized throughout her 30-year HR career including two 2020 American Business Awards® Silver Stevie Awards for Entrepreneur of the Year and Human Resources Professional of the Year, she attributes the success to her passion for people and desire to give back to her community.  She volunteers for S.C.O.R.E. Broward, her local Chamber, Broward County's KAPOW Program and her family Church.

Mack Munro is Founder and CEO of Boss Builders and is an experienced consultant, author, and speaker who has worked with executive and management teams in companies of all types, sizes, and industries in the USA and abroad. He is the author of How to Win at Performance Management. 

He holds a MA degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a BS degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University He is a qualified facilitator of the MBTI® and has also written and developed a number of personality and behavioral assessments and online tools. 

In addition to his latest book on performance management, Mack is also the author of 10 other business books.  He has been featured as a career expert on radio, television, and print, including a monthly column in Men’s Fitness magazine. 

Mari Ryan, CEO and founder of AdvancingWellness, is an expert in workplace well-being. She leverages over 30 years of business experience in a variety of industries. For the past decade, Ms. Ryan has been creating thriving workplaces, through her consulting work and speaking on worksite well-being. Mari earned a Bachelor Degree from Lesley University, an MBA from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Health Promotion from Nebraska Methodist College.  Mari is an active member of the National Speakers Association. A’eesha Bell has been an HR Professional for more than 10 years. Working primarily in the nonprofit sector, A’eesha has worked her entire career as an HR of One, ranging from an HRG to a Chief Human Capital Officer. She received her bachelors in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. After more than 15 years in accounting, feeling completely unfulfilled, A’eesha was thrown into the world of human resources, thanks to the recession of 2006. She knew immediately, this was her field. She has spent her career ensuring that skill meets passion as a way to strengthen organizations and the teams which support them.

Thad Price is Chief Executive Officer at Talroo, where he provides leadership, strategy, and guidance to all departments to ensure the company is moving in the right direction with the right talent.

With more than 17 years of experience in online recruitment and the job search vertical, Thad uses his cross-functional experience to turn client feedback into innovative products that help companies hire better.
