Brenda S. Kasper is a founding member of Kasper & Frank LLP, a law firm representing California and multi-state employers for all of their human resources and employment law needs.  She regularly advises employers of all sizes on wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, reductions in force, terminations and discipline management, employment contracts, personnel policies, and hiring issues.  She also provides management and human resources training.  Brenda is a former HR director so her legal advice is practical, creative and tailored to each client’s needs.  She was the 2015 San Diego SHRM Board President, is an instructor for the HR Certification program at the University of California San Diego Extension and holds her SHRM-SCP and SPHR-California certifications.

Been there – done that!  With 30 years of HR and business experience – Lori has walked in your shoes.  A recovered HR Generalist, she built a consulting company that she sold to Arthur J Gallagher after 7 years and then reinvented her current business – HR Topics -  training, speaking and developing content for HR professionals.  Lori delivers facts, tips, tricks and best practices in a way that appeals to human resource and business leaders: with a sense of humor, a bias toward actions that improve their operations right away, and practical resources and tools to support their progress.  As an annual speaker at the National SHRM conference, she has leveraged her masters in HR, SPHR and SHRM-SCP background to elevate the position of all HR professionals!

Micah Bellieu and her team have been creating curated language programs for Global Fortune 1000 companies since 2008. After living in Mexico (and not being able to speak the language), Micah got to work defining The Bellieu Method which provides insanely relevant language training for professionals, with the goal of transforming multilingual organizations.

Employees learn exactly what they need for their daily job and life. Micah speaks English, Spanish, French and Japanese and continues to learn new languages and travel the world.

Bob Cahill has 20 years of C-level experience and has a proven track record of executing global strategies. Prior to Globalization Partners, Bob served as CFO, COO, and CEO at several companies such as Smarterkids.com, Cambridge Interactive Development Corp/Everest Poker, Warcloud Inc., KaBloom Inc., and Fetch Storage LLC.

Bob brings extensive knowledge in all aspects of business management including equity & debt financing, international operations, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, systems, legal and regulatory. Bob is a results-driven financial expert who has substantial experience scaling rapidly growing companies and has directed numerous successful exits, including two IPO’s.

Tracy Ting joined Encore Capital Group (NYSE: ECPG) in September 2019 and serves as their SVP & CHRO, bringing more than two decades of combined finance and HR expertise. As a high-performing leader with an influential mindset and a creative strategist, Ms. Ting leads Encore's HR and Corporate Communications functions and provides global enterprise leadership, strategic vision and functional expertise to its 7,300 employees worldwide. 

Ms. Ting held other CHRO roles at Avanir Pharmaceuticals (2017-2019) and Affymetrix (2014-2016).  Ms. Ting also worked at Varian Medical Systems (2000-2014) and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from UCLA

Edie Goldberg, Ph.D., is the president of E.L. Goldberg & Associates in Menlo Park, Calif. She is a nationally recognized expert in HR and talent management strategy and organizational effectiveness. She is the co-author of The Inside Gig: How Sharing Untapped Talent Across Boundaries Unleashes Organizational Capacity. Edie earned her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Albany, SUNY, and she earned a B.S. and M.S. in psychology from San Diego State University. She serves on the board of the SHRM Foundation, is past chair of HR People + Strategy (HRPS), and is  a fellow of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is the recipient of the HRPS Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions made to the HR profession.

Nancy Cremins joined Globalization Partners in April 2016. Nancy is one of Boston’s top lawyers for startups and entrepreneurial ventures, having been named as a Top 50 Women in Law, one of Boston’s “40 Under 40,” and “Fifty on Fire.” Prior to joining Globalization Partners, Nancy got extensive experience in the areas of employment law and conflict resolution over the past 10 years at firms such as Gesmer Updegrove LLP and Robinson & Cole LLP. Nancy does incredible work within the community supporting female entrepreneurs. She’s the co-founder of an organization called SheStarts, and a board member for several non-profits.
