Jennifer Currence is a Senior Partner of HR Soul consultancy firm in Tampa, Florida, where she delivers results through strategic HR solutions, customized training, and coaching programs for organizational and HR leaders. She is the creator of The SOTO Approach to Leadership and the content architect for the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) international People Manager Qualification (PMQ).

Jenna Filipkowski, Ph.D. is the Head of Research at the Human Capital Institute (HCI). She has authored over 45 research papers on a variety of talent management topics such as coaching, leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. She has presented her work at numerous professional conferences, magazines, and academic publications.  Jenna achieved her Associate Certified Coach credential from the ICF in 2018 and operates Movement Leadership Coaching LLC.  Jenna lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Dr. David Rock coined the term 'Neuroleadership’ and is the CEO of the NeuroLeadership Institute, a global initiative bringing neuroscientists and leadership experts together to build a new science for leadership development. With operations in 24 countries, the Institute also helps large organizations operationalize brain research in order to develop better leaders and managers. David co-edits the NeuroLeadership Journal and heads up an annual global summit. He has written many of the central academic and discussion papers that have defined the Neuroleadership field.
