As Vice President of Human Resources, Safety, Health and Environment for Webber, LLC, Mitch is charged with leading talent development, and as a member of the leadership team, accelerating the company forward. With over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Beckman is often sought out as a speaker in the areas of leadership, communication, HR management, organizational performance and safety management.  Prior to his time at Webber, Beckman held positions focused on HR at AUI Contractors LP (Dallas), The Growth Into Greatness Institute (Irving) and ABB Service Inc. (Grapevine). He is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Association for Talent Development, Associated General Contractors of America and of Texas, where he contributes on committees in the areas of HR management and development, and Past President of HR Houston (2014-2016). Mitch received his B.S. from the University of West Florida and holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute.

Dan Mori is the president of Employment Solutions, a national recruiting agency, with headquarters in Elmira, NY.  Dan has been an entrepreneur and recruiting expert since 2006. He has 10 years of experience in organizational leadership, recruiting, and business development.  Under Dan's leadership, Employment Solutions has expanded operations to 28 states.  Dan is also a partner in two other companies in the HR and Professional Development industries. Recognized as a leader in recruiting and business development, Dan delivers keynotes and workshops nationally, as well as consults with senior leadership teams.  In addition to his US Army service, Dan has received professional training in recruiting, sales, management, leadership, OSHA, LEAN, and earned Six Sigma Green Belt.

Lee Rubin is an emerging voice. His unique ability to understand and articulate winning principles with tremendous clarity and practical application makes him a highly sought after speaker and teacher. Lee is a frequent speaker and panelist at corporations, conferences and schools throughout the country.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications, with a minor in Business from Penn State University. Lee was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Central New Jersey. Lee and his lovely wife, Carmen, have been blessed with two beautiful daughters.
