Joyce E. Taber is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice and is a member of the firm's Complex Employment Litigation team. Ms. Taber's practice focuses on defending corporate clients in employment litigation and wage and hour matters, including classwide allegations, in federal and state courts. Ms. Taber also represents clients before the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state/local fair employment agencies. Her practice includes litigation and client counseling under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and other federal and state employment laws.

Additionally, Ms. Taber counsels employers on independent contractor classification issues, including defending independent contractor classifications before state agencies and advising clients on compliance issues associated with independent contractors reclassified as employees. Her practice also includes conducting board-level independent investigations regarding alleged code of conduct violations, workplace harassment claims, and whistleblower allegations.

When Nicole Price began her first leadership assignment based on popular and conventional leadership wisdom, she initially found that she was not seeing successful results and, in fact, saw a drop in the level of accountability her team was projecting. Pretty quickly, she learned that there was a better way to achieve results through incorporating a philosophy similar to that of Cy Wakeman's Reality-Based LeadershipTM. She made a fundamental shift in her mindset to call her team to greatness through ditching the drama and finding success in spite of the circumstances and  facts that held them back. She has been living this idea and helping other leaders to gain similar insights ever since. It is no wonder why she and Cy became forces to be reckoned with when they started collaborating in 2011. Since that time, Nicole has created training programs and promoted the idea of bulletproofing employees rather than focusing efforts to try and perfect their circumstances and realities.

Shavonne Singleton is the Public Relations Specialist and has been with Peckham since 2008. Singleton assists with the coordination and management of internal and external communications, and works closely with the Human Resources team to devise strategies and plans on how to engage Peckham's diverse workforce. Singleton has a Master's Degree in Public Relations from Boston University.

Colet Mitchell is the Lead Policy Analyst on the Employer Team in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP).  Colet is an educator and has worked for the Veteran’s Employment and Training Service, and the U.S. Departments of Housing and Urban Development and Education, the U.S. House of Representatives, the Pentagon Education Center and the Rochester, New York School District. She holds a B.S. in History and M.S. in Education from the State University of New York.
