Jason Morris founded EmployeeScreenIQ in 1999 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and President. Morris is a Licensed Private Investigator in the States of Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas, Arizona and Nevada. Morris also serves as an Expert Witness in the areas of background checks, employment screening and the FCRA.
Morris’ responsibilities include refining EmployeeScreenIQs’ position as a global employment screening industry leader in best practices and FCRA compliance and to continue to provide its diverse clientele with the support they need to reach their recruitment, retention, safety and financial goals.

Prior to founding EmployeeScreenIQ, Morris served as vice president of operations for a Cleveland, OH-based private investigation company. He has also held management and investigative positions with two other security organizations located in the greater Cleveland area.

Bruce Elliott is Manager of Compensation and Benefits for SHRM. Having held senior C&B roles at the director and VP level, Mr. Elliott came to SHRM with a wealth of domestic and international experience, that includes a 4 year assignment to the United Kingdom. Mr. Elliott’s 20+ year career in Compensation and Benefits has focused on developing, implementing and managing domestic and international compensation and benefit programs for a number of publically listed companies including EADS, North America, Experian, Western Union/First Data Corporation,  Credit Suisse First Boston, UBS and Standard and Poors/McGraw-Hill.

He has a B.S in Business and Psychology from Boston College, a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at George Washington University. He also holds CCP and CBP Certifications.

Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law  and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a national background screening company.  He is a consultant, writer, expert witness  and frequent presenter nationwide on pre-employment screening. He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” (3d Edition 2017/826 pages), the first comprehensive book on background screening.  He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA),  served as its first co-chair and received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. 

Jeremy Eskenazi, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMC is Managing Principal of Riviera Advisors, Inc., a global Human Resources management consulting and training firm that helps organizations improve, enhance and optimize their internal talent acquisition and recruiting capabilities.

Prior to founding Riviera Advisors in 2001, Jeremy spent almost 20 years leading talent acquisition and recruiting teams at Universal Studios, Amazon.com, and Idealab. A regular SHRM speaker and a member of the SHRM Talent Acquisition Special Expertise Panel, Jeremy is also proud professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Institute of Management Consultants-USA.

Jeremy is the author of the books, “RecruitCONSULT! Leadership – The Corporate Talent Acquisition Leader’s Field Book”, and “The High-Performance Talent Acquisition Advantage”.

Brad is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and executive coach, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).

Prior to creating JB, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad presents for major organizations including Eli Lilly, Securitas, Top Tier Capital Partners, and Saint Laurent. When he’s not enjoying a robust buffet, you can find Brad playing racquetball or drafting the perfect fantasy football roster. Brad is left-handed.

Daniel S. Guillory, Esq. serves as CEO and General Counsel. Prior to working with Innovations, Mr. Guillory was a corporate and securities associate at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP, and remains a member of the California Bar. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. in international relations from Stanford University. In addition, Mr. Guillory studied international law at the Université de Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne. He is fluent in French and conversant in German. Daniel delivers classroom training for Innovations International on topics such as leadership, diversity and empowerment for many different corporations and non-profits including the YMCA, Merck & Co, and Anheuser-Busch.

Sara Taylor, President and Founder of deepSEE Consulting, has 35 years of extensive experience, nationally recognized as in the practice of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion serving local, national and global clients. While her areas of specialty are in both Diversity and Leadership Development, Sara has become a thought leader particularly in the field of Cultural Competence. Her bestselling book, Filter Shift: How Effective People SEE the World, is used by numerous individuals and organizations to increase success and create greater effectiveness. Sara holds a Master's degree in Diversity and Organizational Development and, prior to founding deepSEE, held positions such as Chief Diversity Officer and Leadership and Diversity Specialist.
