A powerful storyteller with a powerful story to tell, Dr. Steve L. Robbins has an uncanny ability to inspire people even in the midst of disrupting and challenging the way they think about the world. Dr. Edward E. Dr. Hubbard was an honoree at the Inaugural International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Living Legends of Diversity Award Ceremony in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico where he received the “Living Legends of Diversity Award” for creating the “Diversity ROI Analytics” and “Diversity Measurement Fields and their associated Disciplines” and is recognized globally as the creator of these unique sciences and fields of study. 

Dr. Hubbard received the “Excellence in Global Leadership Award” from the World HRD Congress (the highest individual professional award given), the 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, the Sentry Award from the U.S. Pentagon, and many others.

Dr. Hubbard serves on the Harvard Business Review, Diversity Executive Magazine and Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management (SDIM) magazine Editorial Advisory Boards and serves on the Board of Directors for The Ohio State University African American Alumni Society. He also holds a Practitioner Certification and Master Practitioner Certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), a Neuroscience discipline. Dr. Hubbard earned Bachelors, Masters Degrees from The Ohio State University and earned a Ph.D. with Honors in Business Administration.

In his current role, Mark is responsible for program development, project management and the expansion of Tanenbaum programs nationally and internationally. A sought-after expert on equality issues like race, gender, sexual orientation and religion, Mark's recent engagements include workshops at SHRM’s Annual Conference & Exposition, the National Association for Multicultural Education, the Out & Equal Workplace Summit, and Multicultural Forum for Workplace Diversity.

Nehrwr specializes in Diversity and Cultural Competence. He works extensively with individuals and organizations to build multicultural competence and work team effectiveness. His philosophy of authentic community building has led to national recognition of some of the programs and students he worked with as Training Coordinator of the University of Minnesota’s Diversity Institute. In almost 10 years at the Diversity Institute Nehrwr used a wide range of programs and services to enhance and promote the climate for diversity at the University. Since that time, he has worked with a variety of organizations providing diversity training, strategic planning and individual coaching. His humor and authentic approach put people at ease even with the most contentious issues of diversity. Nehrwr’s educational background includes a degree in mathematics and ranges from urban studies to Arabic language.

Dr. Nate Regier is a Missionary kid, therapist, researcher, consultant, facilitator, trainer — Dr. Regier brings it all together to connect with clients on a profound level. He has an uncanny ability to help people uncover new perspectives and new strategies to enhance their professional relationships. Enthusiastic and always optimistic, Dr. Regier is equally comfortable coaching CEOs in one-on-one sessions, instructing a classroom, or delivering keynote presentations to an organization-wide auditorium.

Eileen Gale Kugler is a global speaker and consultant strengthening diverse worksites, schools, and communities. She breaks through dangerous myth-perceptions and shares strategies for building on the unique opportunities that diversity brings. Eileen is author of the award-winning Debunking the Middle Class Myth: Why Diverse Schools are Good for All Kids and executive editor of the newly released Innovative Voices in Education: Engaging Diverse Communities. Eileen’s articles and commentaries appear in wide-ranging publications, including USA Today and the Washington Post, Educational Leadership, and Education Week. Her family’s volunteer work supporting literacy in South Africa, including creating a 25,000-book library for a rural school, was featured in The Washington Post and on Voice of America television.

Doug Harris is the Chief Executive Officer of The Kaleidoscope Group with over 20 years of experience in the field of diversity & inclusion consulting. Today, as the leader of The Kaleidoscope Group, Doug empowers organizations to achieve their diversity and inclusion goals.  He has extensive experience working with senior executives to champion diversity and develop commitment and enthusiasm across all employee groups. His energy and passion for the work is contagious and people seldom walk away without a memorable experience.
