Joseph (“Joe”) Beachboard is a nationally recognized employment lawyer who also closely tracks the most important developments at the U.S. Supreme Court impacting the business community. He has more than 30 years of experience representing management in a wide variety of employment and labor matters in perhaps the most challenging state in the nation for employers – California.  Mr. Beachboard speaks regularly before human resource and employer groups on cutting edge employment law topics.  He is a member of SHRM and has been an annual presenter at both the SHRM Annual Conference and the Employment Law and Compliance Conference for two decades.  Mr. Beachboard is frequently quoted in such leading publications as HR Magazine, National Law Journal, Los Angeles Times, NY Times, HR Executive and Workforce, and has been published in dozens of legal and business journals. Throughout his career in Los Angeles, Mr. Beachboard has represented dozens of studios and entertainment properties.  He cites his most interesting project as working with the cast and crew of the television show The Office, from its pilot through the final season.

Dr. Edward E. Dr. Hubbard was an honoree at the Inaugural International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Living Legends of Diversity Award Ceremony in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico where he received the “Living Legends of Diversity Award” for creating the “Diversity ROI Analytics” and “Diversity Measurement Fields and their associated Disciplines” and is recognized globally as the creator of these unique sciences and fields of study. 

Dr. Hubbard received the “Excellence in Global Leadership Award” from the World HRD Congress (the highest individual professional award given), the 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, the Sentry Award from the U.S. Pentagon, and many others.

Dr. Hubbard serves on the Harvard Business Review, Diversity Executive Magazine and Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management (SDIM) magazine Editorial Advisory Boards and serves on the Board of Directors for The Ohio State University African American Alumni Society. He also holds a Practitioner Certification and Master Practitioner Certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), a Neuroscience discipline. Dr. Hubbard earned Bachelors, Masters Degrees from The Ohio State University and earned a Ph.D. with Honors in Business Administration.

Kevin Pitts is an executive coach, motivational speaker and facilitator. He has conducted seminars and coached executives across the United States as well as in countries such as India, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and Singapore to name a few.  Mr. Pitts has over 20 years experience partnering with senior leaders to identify and develop leadership talent, improve performance, manage change, and transform teams.  He, also, has over 20 years experience as a consultant working with global organizations to facilitate the management of budgets, develop organizational capabilities, marketing/product strategies and customer acquisition strategies. 

Margaret Regan is President & CEO of The FutureWork Institute, a global consulting firm that translates future trends to transform organizations. She helps clients achieve a MindShift, HeartShift and SkillShift in creating more inclusive/flexible workplaces. She has worked on HR and generational practices in Asia, mergers in Europe, cross-cultural executive education and women’s studies on four continents.  Haven Cockerham founded Cockerham & Associates, a Chicago-based firm, in 2005 to provide strategic consulting services in Human Resource Transformation, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion.   A distinguishing feature of the company is its web-based technology that gives organizations the ability to aggregate initiatives, metrics, and action plans for employee groups globally.

Previously, Haven was Chief Human Resources Officer for R.R. Donnelley and DTE Energy, and the Senior Human Resource Executive for Fisher Guide Division of General Motors.  Prior to his executive leadership positions, Haven held key assignments in manufacturing, labor relations, EEO, general and executive compensation, policy development, employee relations and leadership development.  Haven has extensive business, entrepreneurial, technology and merger and acquisition experience.

Kathy Kacher, President of Career/Life Alliance Services, (CLAS) and Cofounder of The SMART Workplace, is a workforce transformation expert with a focus on workplace mobility, change management and leadership engagement. She is also a faculty member with World at Work.

Kyra Cavanaugh is president of Life Meets Work, a consulting firm that helps organizations implement and improve workplace flexibility. She provides companies that are striving to be "best-in-class" with an online member-based community and services that include coaching, consulting, and training. She's a nationally-recognized speaker on workplace flexibility, telecommuting and work/life issues, and the recipient of the 2011 Work-Life Rising Star Award by Alliance for Work-Life Progress.

Eric C. Peterson, MSOD is a Senior Consultant with Cook Ross Inc. He is a recognized facilitator and educator in the Diversity & Inclusion space with over 15 years of experience in Unconscious Bias, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Learning Strategies, and Organization Development. Eric is certified in the use of both the Predictive Index and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is a graduate of the Facilitation Learning Partners Program of Healing the Heart of Diversity.
