David is responsible for consulting with clients on people analytics, total rewards and other HR data governance issues. In this role, he consults with clients focused on improving their usage of data, analytics and HR processes in support of their business. David is passionate about manager empowerment and employee engagement through total rewards management.

He has 30 + years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), HR, HRIS, talent management, compensation and big data as an analyst, manager, executive, consultant, and entrepreneur. In his previous roles, David was Chief Product Owner for the ADP DataCloud™ and built a consulting group within ADP’s Professional Services organization.

Primitivo R. Davis is an international speaker with 28 years experience. He has presented around the world on spirituality,

marriage, family, parenting and suicide prevention.

He is currently a U.S. Army active duty Colonel, serving as a chaplain with over 22 years experience. He has served the nation

in 4 combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has just returned from his most recent operational deployment, “Operation European

Assure, Deter and Reinforce”.

Ben also developed health policy as a legislative director in the Texas House of Representatives and as a government relations officer for the City of Austin.

Ben received a master's degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin where he was a US Department of Defense fellow. Suzy Welch is a business journalist and best-selling author with expertise in leadership, change, corporate governance, and career development. A Professor of Management Practice at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Ms. Welch is also a senior advisor to the Brunswick Group, a CEO advisory firm, a regular contributor on CNBC and The Today Show, and a frequent speaker and moderator at corporate events.

Ms. Welch began her career as a crime reporter for The Miami Herald in 1981, after graduating magna cum laude from Harvard University. William is the President of RecruitingDaily. At the intersection of HR and technology, he’s a Writer, Speaker, Advisor, Consultant, Investor, Storyteller & Teacher. William is a graduate of the University of Alabama of Birmingham with a BA in Art History.
