In addition to his career at Google, Greg is also an entrepreneur, having co-founded successful businesses in restaurants and apparel, and father of 3 young children in San Francisco.

Clayton Lord (Clay, he/him) oversees strategy, planning, program delivery, and program evaluation for the SHRM Foundation, the 501(c)3 nonprofit arm of SHRM, which focuses on widening pathways to work and helping every worker and workplace thrive by empowering HR leaders to be forces for social good. He is a social impact executive who has spent his career driving systemic change in the world of work. Chandra Cody is the Human Resource Director for Volunteers of America Northern Rockies an organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.  Volunteers of America Northern Rockies serves individuals across the state of Wyoming, Montana and Western South Dakota with a staff of over 400 dedicated to the mission.  In her seven years with the organization, she has been an integral champion of developing a company culture from the ground up.  Her efforts lead to her receiving an Outstanding Leadership Award.

Chandra has over 15 years of leadership experience in a variety of fields to include healthcare, education, and social services. She has a Bachelors in Biochemistry with a Master of Education in Curriculum Design and Assessments. Her true passion is helping grow and develop leaders based on a servant leadership model. Chandra has been a participant in the SHRM pilot program for employers to develop strategies for increasing the use of skilled credentials in upskilling. As an educator this project is a passion for her to help front line staff identify alternative options for gaining the skills they need to advance in their careers in different programs throughout the organization.

Ashley T. Brundage is the President and CEO of Empowering Differences. While seeking employment at PNC Bank in the United States, she identified openly during the interview process as a woman of transgender experiance and subsequently was hired after facing years of harassment, discrimination, and homelessness. These factors led her to start her second career as a means of survival while doing research on empowerment & differences. She took a role in the bank as a part time teller and then rose to national Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion in less than 5 years. She captured her research as a 4-Step process of empowerment to cultivate change in her new book and online leadership course. Ashley credits her success to those closest to her for providing actionable allyship including her 2 teenage sons, Bryce and Blake. She also volunteers her time serving numerous nonprofit organizations including serving as the vice chair for the national board of directors for GLAAD who works to accelerate acceptance across all forms of media for the LGBTQ+ community.
