Raymond Lee is the Founder and President of Careerminds, a global outplacement company based in Wilmington, Delaware. He has over 20 years of human resource, outplacement, and career consulting experience. Raymond pioneered the concept of virtual outplacement after experiencing years of traditional outplacement in a variety of HR roles. He has his bachelor’s in psychology and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. He sits on the Careerminds Board of Director’s and is active in SHRM, HRPS and ATD. Raymond’s been featured on SiriusXM Business Radio, CareerTalk, and the Wall Street Journal and he’s recently published a book titled, Clocking Out: A Stress Free Guide to Career Transitions.

At Mandel Communications, he was the lead architect of Mandel's globally proven content-creation tools. His business acumen evolved from prior leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company, The Clorox Company, and Armor All Products.

Rob is one of the world’s leading authorities on planning and productivity. He’s trained and spoken for hundreds of organizations around the world.

 Rob attended Utah State University where he graduated in 2000. He went on to earn an MBA from Colorado State University.

 He served as an F-16 Pilot in the United States Air Force for 11 years. He was also an Advance Agent for Air Force One and traveled the world working with foreign embassies and the Secret Service.

 He's the CEO of Becoming Your Best Global Leadership and is the author of five different books focused on leadership, planning, and high-performance.

Barbara Trautlein is author of Change Intelligence and originator of the CQ® System for Developing Change Intelligence®. For over 30 years, Barbara has coached executives, trained leaders at all levels, certified change agents, and facilitated mission-critical change initiatives. She is gifted at sharing strategies and tactics that are accessible, actionable, and immediately applicable. Barbara has a unique ability to connect with her audiences in industries across the globe. Clients served include Abbott, BP, Cisco, Deloitte, Northwestern University, and the United Nations.  Barbara holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan. 

Valerie helps companies improve their bottom line by elevating employees from tactical thinkers to strategic leaders.

She served in senior leadership roles at RollsRoyce Aircraft before helping to found InterActiveCorp, parent company to Expedia, Home Shopping Network and TicketMaster. She then went to work for Oprah Winfrey, helping to found the Oxygen channel which was later sold to NBC Universal.

Valerie obtained her mechanical engineering degree from Kettering University and her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Val’s book, Clash of the Generations: Managing the New Workplace Reality, helps leaders manage multiple generations in the office.

Randy Anderson has a true passion for teaching the “how’s” and “why’s” of engaging, equipping, and empowering people in work and life. Lora Haines is a high-energy, world-class facilitator, keynote speaker, and instructional design expert. She has over twelve years of experience in learning and development at world-class organizations like Walt Disney, and has designed and developed several of JB Training’s most popular workshops. Lora knows a thing or two about how to keep the modern workforce engaged: she focused her Master’s thesis on effectively retaining high-performing early career professionals. Lora is a certified coach who is passionate about helping professionals reach their highest career aspirations. Mark Carpenter is a speaker, coach, facilitator, and author. He co-authored the popular book “Master Storytelling: How to Turn Your Experiences Into Stories that Teach, Lead, and Inspire” and created a workshop on the same topic. He is dedicated to helping people across all industries succeed by learning and applying new skills. When he’s not training, speaking, or coaching, Mark is likely consulting business leaders on how to lead change, hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains near his home in Utah, working on projects around the house, playing the piano, bragging about his grandchildren, or writing children's books. 

Tamra is a recognized thought leader, author, and speaker and currently leads EY’s Talent Management practice for the Americas.  She brings more than thirty years of experience partnering with organizations to drive strategic agendas with humans at the center. Prior to EY, Tamra was the founder and CEO of PeopleFirm LLC and Consulting Magazine recognized her as one of the country’s “Top 25 Consultants” in both 2007 and 2014. She is the author of How Performance Management is Killing Performance – and What to Do About It, and Feedback (and Other Dirty Words): Why We Fear It, How to Fix It.
