Dr. Patricia has been teaching courses in human resources and management at the university level for fourteen years and has been in the human resource management field for over twenty-five years. Patricia holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership and a Master's Degree in Administration/Human Resource Administration.  Her Bachelor of Science and Associates in Arts degrees are in Business and Management.  Patricia holds a certified teaching certificate in the state of Texas and has also studied and received diplomas in business and technology from Suffolk College University in England.  Besides having a passion for human resources, Patricia has a passion for education and learning. Patricia believes in education and the learning process and she feels that it is extremely important to never stop learning, whether it is in your workplace or in an institute of higher education.

Dr. Karlyn Borysenko is the force behind Zen Workplace. John Austin came to SHRM in February of 2016 and served as the Operations Manager for the Knowledge Center for three years. Prior to joining SHRM, he served in various operational and managerial capacities. John is currently the Manager of Certification Relations, where he is responsible for managing operational planning and oversight of market/constituency growth initiatives for the Certification Department. John holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, University College and earned his bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University. 

Mack Munro is Founder and CEO of Boss Builders and is an experienced consultant, author, and speaker who has worked with executive and management teams in companies of all types, sizes, and industries in the USA and abroad. He is the author of How to Win at Performance Management. 

He holds a MA degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a BS degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University He is a qualified facilitator of the MBTI® and has also written and developed a number of personality and behavioral assessments and online tools.

Elizabeth Bille is an employment law attorney and currently serves as the subject matter expert on the prevention of harassment and discrimination in the workplace for EVERFI. Prior to joining EVERFI, Elizabeth was general counsel and chief ethics officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); served as a legal and policy advisor to the Vice Chair of the EEOC; and counseled employers at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells). Elizabeth's work has been cited by several news outlets such as National Public Radio, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times.
