Carol Kivler, MS (Human Resource Education), CSP, CMT is a nationally recognized professional speaker, author, international executive coach /corporate consultant and President of Kivler Communications. Carol is also a passionate and tireless mental health advocate. She is the Founder and President of Courageous Recovery, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to promote a mental wellness movement by advancing education, advocating nationally, and eliminating stigma surrounding mental illness. Carol is the survivor of four bouts of treatment resistant depression, has sustained recovery for the past 16 years, and lives a personally fulfilling and professionally thriving life.

Matt is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – one of the nation’s leading pediatric healthcare systems and consistently ranked as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Fortune magazine. With the support of a strong team, Matt is working to evolve and optimize the recruitment platform at Children’s.

Prior to working at Children's, Matt helped reshape talent acquisition at Ericsson, the world's leading provider of communications technology and services, operating in 180 countries and employing more than 100,000 people. In his five years with Ericsson, Matt lived in both Australia and Singapore. He drove innovation in the employer branding, sourcing and recruitment strategy for Ericsson regionally and globally.

He has past experience as a senior strategy consultant with a U.S. recruitment communications firm, helping leading organizations implement innovative employer branding and digital strategies to attract top talent. Paul Falcone (PaulFalconeHR.com) is principal of Paul Falcone Workplace Leadership Consulting, LLC, specializing in management & leadership training, executive coaching, international keynote speaking, and HR advisory services. He is the former CHRO of Nickelodeon Animation and has held senior-level HR positions with Paramount Pictures, Time Warner, and City of Hope. He has extensive experience in entertainment, healthcare/biotech, and financial services, including in international, nonprofit, and union environments.
