Jeremy Eskenazi, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMC is Managing Principal of Riviera Advisors, Inc., a global Human Resources management consulting and training firm that helps organizations improve, enhance and optimize their internal talent acquisition and recruiting capabilities.

Prior to founding Riviera Advisors in 2001, Jeremy spent almost 20 years leading talent acquisition and recruiting teams at Universal Studios, Amazon.com, and Idealab. A regular SHRM speaker and a member of the SHRM Talent Acquisition Special Expertise Panel, Jeremy is also proud professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Institute of Management Consultants-USA.

Jody is a brand planner and has spent more than 15 years in senior leadership positions within well-established advertising agencies such as J. Walter Thompson and Omnicom, consulting with major organizations seeking to build and promote successful brands. She has a passion for the latest trends in technology and marketing and has spent her career developing and implementing programs that make the most effective use of both. In her role as President of BRANDEmix, Jody leads the firm in creating brand-aligned programs that connect people to missions, cultures and business success.

Rowena Crosbie is President of Tero International. Alice Kilborn, JD PHR, is an Associate Attorney at Moody & Warner, P.C., where her practice is  devoted to employment and labor law including advice and litigation in the areas of labor relations, wage and hour issues, class actions, discrimination, harassment, EEOC charges, wrongful termination, employment agreements, and other employment-related matters.  Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Kilborn worked in Human Resources specializing in the areas of state and federal regulatory compliance and corporate training.  She has served as the State Legislative Director for the Society for Human Resource Management of New Mexico (SHRM NM) since 2009 and is a frequent, enthusiastic speaker regarding legislative activity affecting the workplace.

Kathleen Coulombe is a Senior Advisor, Government Relations at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  In this capacity, she is actively involved in tax and benefit public policy issues on Capitol Hill that impact the Human Resource profession.  Prior to working in this capacity, Coulombe served as the State Affairs Specialist where she managed public policy issues on the state level for SHRM. She is based in Alexandria, Va.
