He is a featured contributor for the Workforce Diversity Network Expert Forum and his insights have been published in Diversity Executive, HR Executive, and numerous other print and on-line journals.

A strong advocate for resetting the diversity and inclusion conversation, Joe sees these issues as poorly understood and often misunderstood.

Sue Jones has 25 years of experience creating strategic HR programs and services to effect positive change in organizations. She is an innovative HR leader whose experience spans large companies ($4,500 Million, 100,000 employees) to smaller business ($2 Million, 12 employees). Sue has worked in a variety of different industries and is adept with transferring her knowledge, skills and abilities across several different channels of business. Sue is a Veteran of the US Navy and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Lesley College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Sue is actively involved in both local and national organizations and has supported the growth of Human Resource Professionals as a member of SHRM since 1994.

Steve brings over fifteen years of experience in the implementation of complex human resources technology solutions for global enterprise clientele. Currently, Steve is a Co-Chair, HR Technology Conference for LRP Publications.

Steve is also a leading HR blogger and hosts both “HR Happy Hour” a popular radio programs dedicated to opening the lines of communication among thought leaders, practitioners and service providers in the global human resources field. He has also been invited to speak at numerous HR and industry events like the HR Technology Conference, the HR Executive Forum, and several regional SHRM events. Steve’s blog was selected as the number one Talent Management Blog by the editors of the Fistful of Talent in February 2010.

Wally Hauck, PhD has a cure for the "deadly disease" known as the typical performance appraisal. Wally holds a doctorate in organizational leadership from Warren National University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from Iona College, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Wally is a Certified Speaking Professional or CSP. For 16 years his consulting firm, Optimum Leadership, has consulted with dozens of organizations and coached hundreds of individuals in improving leadership skills, employee engagement, and performance. Wally is a professor of Organizational Change and Development at the University of New Haven in Connecticut

 

 

Stefanie began her career as an executive assistant for four years holding various roles at Viacom/MTV Networks/Nickelodeon, where she quickly learned how to be a "human resource", becoming known as her teams’ “go-to-person.”  After 4 years at Viacom and an exploratory vacation to Italy, in April of 2010 Stefanie saw at tweet for a Business Assistant position at Mashable and was hired at the time when the company was transitioning its 15 remote employees to its first-ever office.

Stefanie grew with the company and recognized the need for Human Resources, proposing that she be charged with creating the department.  In April 2011, Stefanie's wish was granted and she has been building Mashable's HR infrastructure ever since as head of HR. She works with Mashable’s leadership team to ensure that human resource programs and projects align with strategic business goals and operational objectives. To support Mashable’s unique and evolving company culture, she creates internal organizational strategy and policies, recruits and develops talent, cultivates employee engagement and manages company benefits.
