Diane Windingland is the author of several books on communication skills including Small Talk Big Results, Perfect Phrases for Ice Breakers, and Cat Got Your Tongue? Powerful Public Speaking Skills.  Originally trained as an engineer, she now speaks for organizations that want to help their people have better, more profitable conversations and presentations. She also coaches business professionals on how to create dynamic and engaging presentations in high stakes communications.

As a member of Toastmasters International, she has achieved the organization's highest educational award for public speaking and leadership, Distinguished Toastmaster and is the District Director for District 6 Toastmasters.

Dr. Shirley Davis, CSP, President of SDS Global Enterprises, a global workforce solutions firm, is an award-winning Human Resources expert, with over 30 years of business experience in a variety of senior executive roles for several Fortune 100 companies, as well as her last role of Vice President of Global Diversity and Inclusion for the Society for Human Resource Management. She’s also a best-selling author of 5 books, serves on the National Speakers Association and the NSA Foundation Boards, and the Make A Wish Foundation Board. She is a popular facilitator for eight LinkedIn Learning leadership courses.

Kevin W. Grossman is the Talent Board Vice-President responsible for all aspects of the Candidate Experience Awards program and other Talent Board activities for North America. He also produces and hosts a new learning show called Reach West Radio where each week he talks with his guests about their effectual stretch and the impact it makes in the worlds of work and life. Kevin co-founded and co-hosted the highly popular weekly TalentCulture #TChat Show with Meghan M. Biro for over five years. Brad is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and executive coach, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).

Prior to creating JB, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad presents for major organizations including Eli Lilly, Securitas, Top Tier Capital Partners, and Saint Laurent. When he’s not enjoying a robust buffet, you can find Brad playing racquetball or drafting the perfect fantasy football roster. Brad is left-handed.

Susan Hunsberger joined ServiceMaster in December 2013 as senior vice president of human resources.

Hunsberger joined ServiceMaster with broad global experience in a variety of industries, including market research, aviation, medical devices, and oil and gas. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, human resources, for the global business solutions group of Nielsen, a $5.4 billion global information and measurement company. There, Hunsberger built a strong record of building high-performing teams and driving results in talent management, organization design and capability, change management and employee relations.

Prior to Nielsen, Hunsberger spent more than 12 years in HR leadership positions at GE Aviation, a division of General Electric Company, and she also held several other roles in organization and executive leadership, supporting IT, manufacturing, and sales and marketing. Before GE, she worked in HR roles at Johnson & Johnson and Marathon Oil.

Hunsberger holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and personnel management from Miami (Ohio) University and a master’s degree in organizational development from Bowling Green State University.

Mindy Zajchowski, SHRM – CP, PHR is the Senior Human Resources Representative for Entertainment Staffing at Universal Orlando®. In addition she has recruited for other divisions at Universal Orlando such as Finance, Marketing and Sales, and IT. She is passionate about interviewing, recruitment marketing, and training. She has over 15 years of recruiting experience and received her Master’s in Human Resources from Rollins College.

Seth Matheson is director of recruitment process outsourcing at Talent Fusion by Monster. In his 12 years experience as a recruiter, and seven as a manager, Seth has specialized in the verticals of Technology, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Creative.
