Prior to joining Caesars, Mr. Jabara was an Executive Compensation Consultant with Towers Watson, a leading Human Resources Consulting firm. During his 10 years of consulting, Mr. Jabara advised Fortune 1000 clients on Human Resources and Compensation related topics including business strategy, pay for performance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, variable and equity-based incentive plan design, and executive benefits.
Mr. Jabara obtained his Bachelor degree in International Business from California State University at Fullerton. After working in commercial banking in France and California, he obtained his MBA from Pepperdine University, followed by a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
 
He is a member of several organizations including the California State Bar, World at Work, SHRM, and other organizations.
