Steven Lash is the Founder, President & CEO of Satori World Medical, the leading global healthcare company that provides employers, health plans, plan sponsors and employees the opportunity to access world class quality healthcare at a fraction of the cost. Steve developed the Business Plan in the summer of 2007 and raised several million dollars of angel funding and opened an office in San Diego in April 2008. From inception through December 2008 he hired an outstanding management team, performed multi day on site due diligence of the hospital and physician network, executed agreements, filed a patent on the company’s business model, developed the policies, processes and methodologies to provide a one stop shop, all inclusive service offering to plan sponsors. The Company started sending patients internationally for care in January 2009.

As vice president of human resources for the Chicago Cubs, Bryan Robinson is responsible for leading execution of the Cubs’ organizational strategy and cultural imperatives in addition to all aspects of human resources. Robinson joined the Cubs after spending nine years with General Electric Company including roles as human resources leader for GE Corporate Commercial and Communications, where he led organizational development for GE’s chief marketing officer and the Global Marketing organization consisting of 40,000 employees. In addition, he served as human resources leader to the Communications and Public Affairs, Advertising and Branding, Market Intelligence, and Healthymagination corporate functions.

Prior to joining GE Corporate, Robinson held human resources manager positions in multiple supply chain and manufacturing locations for GE Industrial Systems and GE Lighting. He transitioned to GE Healthcare in 2006 as human resources leader for Americas Ultrasound and Lunar Services. After leading the integration of the Diagnostic Imaging and Clinical Systems Services business, he became Americas Central Zone human resources director in 2009. As human resources director, Robinson was instrumental in redesigning the service and sales organizations and led GE Healthcare's Commercial Transformation, creating a new account management organization across the Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Houston and Dallas regions.

Robinson began his career as a member of the GE Human Resource Leadership Program, completing generalist, union relations and operations rotations in addition to global training and development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, both from Michigan State University.

Bryan and his wife Katie reside on the North Side of Chicago.

John A. Rubino, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, GRP, WLCP, is founder and president of Rubino Consulting Services, a global human resources consulting company based in Pound Ridge, New York. His areas of expertise cover all areas of Human Resources program design. An internationally acclaimed speaker for SHRM and WorldatWork, John is the author of numerous human resources articles, and is frequently quoted in professional publications. He holds BA and MBA degrees, as well as a lifetime Achievement Award from WorldatWork. Jonathan Yarbrough is a Partner at Constangy Brooks & Smith, LLP. His practice includes providing advice and counsel to employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and wage and hour laws. He also assists federal contractors with affirmative action planning and compliance. Jon has successfully represented employers in a wide variety of employment related lawsuits and charges brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and the United States and North Carolina Departments of Labor, and before state and federal courts in North Carolina and Tennessee. He has also successfully defended whistleblower charges before OSHA and before Administrative Law Judges of the United States Department of Labor.

Lance J. Richards, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR, HRMP is a work force futurist and global HR strategist.  Most recently, he was vice president of Innovation for Kelly Services. Based in Detroit, Lance is one of SHRM's top rated speakers. He is a frequent speaker and writer on workplace issues, having presented at HR conferences around the globe. He is co-author of the Amazon-published book Gen Now (which is available in the SHRM Bookstore). Lance brings almost 25 years of cross-border expertise, with companies like British Telecom, Verizon, Bell Canada and Kelly Services. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Sasin Business School in Bangkok, where he teaches a graduate course in Global Human Capital.

Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law  and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a national background screening company.  He is a consultant, writer, expert witness  and frequent presenter nationwide on pre-employment screening. He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” (3d Edition 2017/826 pages), the first comprehensive book on background screening.  He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA),  served as its first co-chair and received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. 

Mr. Storch supports the Council for Global Immigration’s Government Affairs team as Manager of Agency Liaison, responsible for working with federal immigration agencies to ensure employment-based immigration policies enable U.S. employers to build America’s future workforce, grow the economy and create U.S. jobs. Prior to joining the Council, Mr. Storch worked as an immigration paralegal at both Trow & Rahal, PC and Freilicher & Hoffman, PC. Mr. Storch has also spent time serving in the offices of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley and U.S. Representative Jerry Costello (D-IL). Mr. Storch received his JD from American University, where he worked as a student attorney in the university’s Immigrant Justice Clinic. Mr. Storch also holds a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
