William D. Wight is a partner in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. offices and is the chair of the firm's International Employment Practice Group.  He counsels employers on various global employment, compensation and benefit issues related to employees abroad, as well as foreign nationals working in the U.S. and the employment of the U.S. permanent residents and citizens abroad.  Bill has worked with compliance issues related to hiring, retention and separation of employees in a multitude of jurisdictions.  His experience with global employment issues has helped him assist our clients with international operations on all sevel continents including Antarctica.  Bill has assisted clients with the implementation of strategic planning and policy development with respect to global HR practices and policies.  He has also assisted clients with the management of litigation and employment controversy matters in numerous international jurisdictions.  Bill has also counseled clients based outside the United States with the special considerations that are required when complying with U.S. employment and employee benefit rules and regulations. Bill is regularly involved with resolving questions related to privacy and data protection issues.

In his current role in HR he is responsible for the HR strategic setup, design and implementation for the Global Growth Projects, which Cristal is undertaking. Cristal is a Saudi headquartered Global chemicals company focuses at titanium dioxide and other related  titanium chemicals. He is based out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with his family. Mark holds a Master degree in Psychology, a PhD in management sciences and is certified as GPHR and as a FCIPD.

Heloisa Machado holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas/RJ and an MBA from Coppead/UFRJ. She has been working at TV Globo for 20 years, having also worked at Casa da Moeda - the company that produces Brazilian banknotes, coins and other security products - and Petrobras - an integrated energy company and leader of Brazilian oil industry. Heloisa is an HR Director at TV Globo - the biggest Brazilian broadcast TV network and one of the world’s largest, acting as a Senior Business Partner for most of business areas, providing HR solutions that make strategy achievement possible as so as specific directions to the whole Human Resources Area. She is also responsible for Executives´ Development Competence. In 2007, Heloisa was chosen the Professional of the Year by ABRH-RJ and received the Luiz Carlos Campos People Management Premium.

Rockne Henriques is a cultural smorgasbord transplant from Hawaii and has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, the official 9th Hawaiian island, since 2007.  Rockne has been a proud Zapponian since 2009 and has had the fortunate opportunity to work within both the Customer Loyalty Team and Human Resource departments.  His customer service background and primary focus as a social butterfly has led him down the recruiting path since 2012.  Throughout his journey as a recruiter, he’s had the opportunity to work with an array of departments including our Customer Loyalty Team , Content, Visual Design, Creative Services, Human Resources, our various Kentucky positions and most recently with our Merchandise buying teams.  He enjoys a good challenge in his Turbo Kickboxing and Body Pump classes and finishes the day off with a couple of spam musubis.
