This session will reveal the compelling messages that have shaped each generation, the impact of those messages on their work philosophy, what happens when multigenerational messages collide and how multigenerations can work toward common goals while using multiple approaches. You will have the opportunity to apply new insights to real-life work situations as well as learn how to leverage generational differences and meet organizational goals. This session will help you:
