This session will explore the mechanics of building trust and achieving results through the systematic application of six disciplines. Discover the physics of leadership: Trust without results is unacceptable; results without trust is unsustainable. This session will equip you to:
- Respond to the everyday challenge of engaging hearts and minds.
- Apply the disciplines of character, competence and connection to build deep trust with people and teams.
- Apply the disciplines of clarity, accountability and support to achieve results with and through others.
