You will learn about the appropriate and inappropriate ways in which to handle a harassment claims investigation. 

For most organizations harassment claims are the most common claim. This interactive workshop wll cover every aspect of the harassment  investigation from beginning to end with an emphasis on good faith mistakes that can be exploited in litigation. The workshop will also include lessons learned by from Segal being part of the EEOC Select Task Force on Harassment. You will learn how to:

  • Respond to issues that arise during a harassment claims investigation.
  • Avoid common good faith mistakes that are often exploited in litigation.
  • Document harassment claims properly.
  • Determine proper responses, improper responses, and other various issues surrounding an investigation.
