This presentation will cover how to deal with the C-suite pressure and incorporate PR spin in the worst possible situations. The discussion will center on business actions towards whistle blowers and upstanding HR executives who refuse to look the other way in the face of ethical or legal issues. Examples of corporate PR spin and use of news media to deflect from inappropriate behavior in the workplace will be provided. You will learn how to build a fact-based response to corporate maleficence, what your rights are under whistle blowing situations as well as how to hold your ground under the most intense of situations involving unethical or illegal scenarios.
