Attendees will receive practical recommendations for managing EEO/affirmative action compliance at their workplace.

Over the last year, we have survived a pandemic, a presidential election and an economic downturn—all of which were underscored by ongoing social upheaval and calls for systemic change. In this context, OFCCP has adapted its regulatory processes to address the shifting landscape. Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the most recent OFCCP regulatory and enforcement initiatives.
  • Learn how to proactively meet OFCCP compliance obligations by understanding how the OFCCP performs compliance reviews.
  • Hear effective strategies for remaining compliant with OFCCP requirements and managing risk.
  • Hear how to leverage OFCCP’s mission to be transparent and more collaborative, and the resources available to support federal contractor compliance.
