As challenges and constant change within our communities continue to take root and become even more prevalent, HR leaders continue to operate in dynamic and demanding situations that constantly require the mindset of resilient, agile, and inspiring change makers. COVID-19, race relations unrest, financial crisis, the great realignment - In times of uncertainty the power of community is the new currency. This session shares the stories of 7 CHROs from the African American, Latinx, American Indian, Muslim, Asian American/Pacific Islander, and the LGBTQIA+ communities on how to operate in environments with no clear answers and succeed.
