To meet future mission needs and optimize talent management, DoD must transition to a more robust supercenter model that leverages an integrated, incentivized, end-to-end, whole-of-nation, data driven, and technology enabled ecosystem of companies, schools, non-profits, and government entities that create, recruit, develop, and retain an efficient and effective workforce.
