Sessions
In Europe, the train systems have a continuous message as you approach the stations to "mind the gap"; that is, to be aware of the gap/space between the train and the platform. It's also an important message for us as individuals, leaders, and learners to mind our own gap and understand the best way to get ourselves and our teams to the desired "next step" in our growth or leadership journeys. This session will help us to consider different approaches and methodoligies to inspire, engage, and attract our people/teams to furthering their learning journeys
Learning Outcome 1: In today's fast-paced world, let's be innovative in engaging our employees in learning. From asynchronous, online, live, coaching, mentoring, one-on-ones, book clubs to fireside chats; let's explore options, combinations, & what really works.
Learning Outcome 2: Learn how to determine what areas constitute the "gaps" for your employees. What is their current state vs future expected state; let's "mind the gap" in between with the "right" training and techniques.
Learning Outcome 3: Younger generations are demanding learning & development opportunities; and more mature generations are enjoying it. Is your budget reflective of this? Has your budget been reduced? We will review options for all budgets.
