Learn how to address inconsistencies in manager support to improve the culture of workflex in your organization through a blueprint tool and approach to team-based flexibility. 

You will be introduced to both a process and a blueprint tool you can use to engage even the most resistant managers in your organization, to better support and apply workflex to your teams. Learn how Ryan LLC, MedImmune, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation more deeply embedded workflex into their cultures. Hear the results of the recently released National Workplace Flexibility Study (conducted by the Boston College Center for Work and Family, Life Meets Work, and Career Life Alliance Services), which examined the impact of this team-based approach to workflex. You will learn how to:

  • Engage managers to develop a blueprint for workflex success.
  • Increase productivity, engagement, and manager buy-in through team-based workflex conversations.
  • Engage employees in a team alignment process to reduce their stress and intent to leave.
