Learn how to align your affirmative action requirements with your organization's diversity initiatives to support business objectives.
Most organizations have made efforts to embrace diversity and inclusion, but contractors have unique obligations to ensure nondiscrimination and equal employment practices. This session will help federal contractors and subcontractors understand the relationship between affirmative action and diversity. We will explore the relationship between affirmative action obligations and diversity initiatives, and how these entities can support and complement one another as well as the legal issues regarding affirmative action goals and diversity initiatives.
